So for National Climb A Mountain Day we will be making an early start on Pen-Y-Fan, sharing our woolly spares and spreading our message that when it comes to kidneys, One’s Enough!!!

  • Pen y Fan: Located in the Brecon Beacons, this is the highest peak in South Wales (886 metres). It is roughly a 40-minute drive (about 25 miles) north of Pontypridd via the A470, making it an excellent and accessible climb.
