We believe that when it comes to kidneys, sometimes One’s Enough.

This past Thursday, March 12th, Jude and I headed down to Cardiff Central Station to celebrate World Kidney Day. It was a chilly morning, but the warmth of the Cardiff community more than made up for it.

Spreading the Word

Our goal was simple: raise awareness about the incredible impact of living kidney donation. We spent the morning chatting with commuters, travellers, and locals about why one healthy kidney is often all you need to lead a full life—and how sharing the other can change someone else's forever.

The Highlights:

  • 1,000 Badges & Info Cards: We handed out nearly a thousand of our signature badges. If you see someone sporting one around the city, give them a nod!

  • Meaningful Conversations: From curious questions to moving personal stories, the engagement at the station was truly inspiring.

  • Raising Awareness: Every card handed out is a potential conversation starter that could lead to a life-saving decision.

Get Involved

Missed us at the station? Don’t worry! You can still show your support and help us spread the message.

Want your own badge? > If you’d like some of our "One’s Enough" badges to wear or share, please drop us an email. We’d love to get them out to you.

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped to talk to us in the cold. You made a busy Thursday feel like something truly special
